MED-STAT USA has invested in sophisticated dispatching/tracking software. This software allows us the capability to efficiently route our service technicians and allows the dispatchers real-time flexibility to alter routes to further enhance efficiencies while maintaining high service level expectations our clients have come to expect and appreciate.

We are networked between the Dispatching Centers. Orders entered in the system are visible to all dispatchers or can be restricted to certain screens, fleets, accounts, etc. All Dispatch Centers have the ability to assign and dispatch orders within the system, allowing for efficient accountability and security redundancy.
