Staff

Our staff is highly trained on delivery routes and equipment set-up, instructions, preventive maintenance and pick-up. You can count on a seamless transition when you outsource your medical deliveries with MED-STAT USA.

What you can count on:
Our staff is uniformed and discreet. Their uniforms clearly identify the company through a logo and name plate. The service vehicles we use are also discreet and are identified with a logo and DOT information.

         

All our employees have completed training that is accredited and follows compliance standards of the DOT, FDA and JCAHO. The instructions and field guidelines they follow are account specific, so you can be assured your needs are being met. We use the latest technology to allow our staff to give real-time updates of deliveries and documentation.

MED-STAT USA management and staff members are evaluated daily by or clients. MED-STAT USA also participates in mail-in responses to service satisfaction in conjunction with our clients. In the event of a service issue an immediate action is taken to remedy the situation and all client concerns are documented and evaluated by the management team on a monthly quality assurance meeting.

In our hiring process, we have an initial screening, then an interview, a background check and a final interview. We only select the best candidates to work for MED-STAT USA and represent you.

Our training process is extensive. Once a person is hired, all the regulatory processes are completed, as well as the necessary certifications. Each staff member is also given on the job training and account specific training to make the transition seamless. Competency evaluations are performed to ensure strict accordance to our guidelines.
