Management Team

The Management Team of MED-STAT USA is dynamic in its approach to process improvement. We utilize the principles of the PDSA format - Plan, Do, Study, Act. We attend and participate in client QA meetings which affords us a very unique insight to quality issues for a larger scope of the health care/logistics industries and allows us to address these and other issues at monthly staff and management meetings.

At MED-STAT USA, improvement comes from individual discussion, policy development, business practice changes, etc. We encourage all employees to be involved and submit ideas for cost, efficiency and/or process improvement.

MED-STAT USA has specific performance measurements that include financial health, increase in productivity, growth within target areas, client loyalty indexes, etc. These performance indicators are reviewed by the COO daily, CEO weekly and the full Board of Directors periodically.

Scott Bartow, MS

Scott has 35 years in the healthcare industry as an owner/manager. He is the Chief Executive Officer of MED-STAT USA. He was honored as Fellow for the AARC in 1999. He was certified in Six Sigma in 2006. He is the former chair, JCAHO Professional/Technical Advisory Committee. He is a registered respiratory therapist.

Ken DeMuth

Ken has 40 years in the healthcare industry as an owner/manager. He is the co-founder and past president of Wisconsin Association of Medical Equipment Suppliers (WAMES). He is also a former board member for HIDA Home Care.

Rory Holms

Rory has 15 years in the healthcare industry as an owner/manager. He is the Chief Operating Officer of MED-STAT USA. He was the operations manager for a multi-state medical equipment provider. He worked for eight years as an Emergency Medical Systems Lieutenant for the Menomonee Falls Fire Department. He was awarded the Aurora Star for performance excellence three times.

Lee Anne Horner, MS

Lee Anne has 15 years in the healthcare industry as an administrator/manager. She is the Chief Marketing Officer of MED-STAT USA. She was the HUB facility manager with eight satellite locations for a national medical equipment provider. She is also a licensed nursing home administrator.
