Logistics

MED-STAT USA offers comprehensive logistical support. We will deliver to all your service locations. We build our customer base in each market location and utilize the latest technology to achieve the greatest efficiencies for you. Our staff is currently using HP Tablets to document information real-time.

We offer eight different types of service:

  1. Economy Service - called in by 9:00am to be delivered or picked up anytime of the day before 8:00pm the same day.
  2. 6-Hour Service - services performed with a 6-hour or greater time window.
  3. 3-Hour Service - services performed with a 3-hour or greater time window.
  4. Stat Service - services performed with less than a 3-hour time window.
  5. Evening Service - services scheduled between 5:00pm and 10:00pm, Monday - Friday.
  6. Late Night Service - services scheduled between 10:00pm and 8:00am, Monday - Friday.
  7. Weekend - services scheduled between 5:00pm Saturday and 8:00am Monday
  8. Holiday - services performed on a holiday.

Determining Service Fee

We determine the fee for services based on the city of origin, interim stops required, and the city of final destination.
